  • Response Time: Within 24 hours (1 business day).

Please note that Support is not available on Saturday & Sunday due to our weekend break.

To get QUICK and EFFECTIVE support, please include the following info in your ticket (if available):

  1. Forum Thread URL for easier follow up (if you posted in forum already).
  2. Joomla! version, template version and PHP version.
  3. LOGIN, FTP access and website URL.
  4. Also, please mention if the problem started AFTER changing or installing/uninstalling other extensions.
  5. Screenshots, URL, 3rd parties extensions, etc.
  6. Priority support is provided for bug fixes & demo alike setups only.
